Your Expert in Home Organization and Concierge Move Management

Meet Dana
Founder, Winnow & Bloom
Who am I and what am I about?
As a social introvert, I have always been someone who likes to make a deep connection with people on an individual level. I am also a recovering perfectionist who loves to plan, problem-solve, and help others create order from chaos.
These characteristics led me to pursue a career as an educator and psychologist and I’ve spent the past 20+ years working with children and families to assess their needs and address their challenges. I have created organizational systems and specialized programming in public, charter, and private schools and manage a team of over 40 staff members who oversee the growth and development of hundreds of children.
Why Home Editing, Organization & Concierge Moving?
At Winnow & Bloom, we believe an organized home creates space for a calmer, more intentional life. Our Boston-based team specializes in home editing, organization, and concierge move management — blending thoughtful design, psychology-informed systems, and luxury-level logistics to help clients move and live with ease.
Whether we’re winnowing a long-loved home or managing a full relocation, every project is handled with care and precision. We create spaces that are beautiful, functional, and sustainable — tailored to how you actually live.
How We Help
Rooted in the fields of psychology, education, and operations, our team brings empathy, structure, and calm professionalism to every project. We help you move past decision paralysis by uncovering the habits and thought patterns that create clutter or move-day stress, then design systems that simplify daily life.
From Boston-based luxury relocations to whole-home organization, we handle the details so you can focus on what matters most. When our work is done, you’re left with more than an organized home — you’re left with a renewed sense of calm, confidence, and pride in the space you call yours.
MY MANTRA
“Stick to the schedule and go with the flow.” Always helpful when things get messy or hectic but you gotta keep it moving.
MY RITUAL
A morning cup of tea - English Breakfast at home or a chai on the road.
I'M INTO
Physical comedy. Impromptu dance parties. And plants - lots of plants.
I BELIEVE
Boundaries are a woman’s best friend. Puppies and kittens can cure all heartache. Clear is kind.

the one thing I am least likely to winnow
"Reducing clutter minimizes distractions, allowing your brain to concentrate on more important tasks at hand. The act of organizing your space can also provide a sense of control and order, which can alleviate feelings of stress and promote a sense of well-being."
